AI-based tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot can help make work processes more efficient. But is it worth introducing this tool to your company? Our workshop helps you decide. Together with your trainer, Robin Harbort, you will analyze Microsoft 365 Copilot from various perspectives: IT security, data protection, information security, technical requirements, change management, and quality of AI. This will help you decide whether and to what extent to introduce M365 Copilot to your company.
The workshop is interactive and allows you to apply the newly acquired knowledge directly in practical exercises. The analysis is done from the user’s perspective to evaluate the user experience and benefits for the end-user, as well as from the administrator’s perspective to examine the administrative and technical aspects of implementation.
By the end of the workshop, you will have developed a guide outlining the key steps and best practices for a successful introduction of Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Robin Harbort, an IT consultant and head of AI at Rewion GmbH, leads the workshop. He supports companies with AI projects using a holistic approach from tool selection to change management. His expertise includes PaaS solutions like Aleph Alpha or Azure AI, and SaaS solutions like AI copilots.
This workshop is aimed at innovation officers, AI managers, heads of applications for M365, and chief artificial intelligence officers (CAIO). M365 admins looking for a high-level overview will also benefit from this workshop.
