Exploring Microsoft 365 Copilot: An Interactive Workshop for AI Integration in Business

AI-based tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot can help make work processes more efficient. But is it worth introducing this tool to your company? Our workshop, “Microsoft 365 Copilot – Analysis & Evaluation: Should I Introduce the New AI Tool?” helps you decide.

In this workshop, you will gain insights into how Microsoft 365 Copilot works. Together with your trainer, Robin Harbort, you’ll analyze Microsoft 365 Copilot from various perspectives: IT security, data protection, information security, technical requirements, change management, and AI quality. This analysis will help you decide whether and to what extent you should implement M365 Copilot in your company.

The workshop is scheduled for December 3-4, 2024, and January 30-31, 2025, as an online event from 09:00 to 12:30. There is a 10% early bird discount available until January 14, 2025.

The workshop is designed to be interactive, allowing you to apply the new knowledge directly through practical exercises. The analysis is conducted from the user’s perspective to evaluate the user experience and benefits for the end-user, as well as from the administrator’s perspective to examine the administrative and technical aspects of implementation.

Robin Harbort leads the workshop. As an IT consultant and head of AI at Rewion GmbH, he supports companies in AI projects with a holistic approach, from tool selection to change management. His expertise includes PaaS solutions like Aleph Alpha or Azure AI, and SaaS solutions like AI copilots.

This workshop is aimed at innovation officers, AI managers, heads of applications for M365, and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officers (CAIO). M365 admins seeking a high-level overview will also benefit from this workshop.
