Perfecta: The world’s first AI-powered grill revolutionizes barbecue

A revolution is brewing in the world of grilling, a universe in which the techniques of slow cooking and the patience of the grill master are paramount. Imagine a warm summer evening with the grill gently smoking away and the air filled with the anticipation of a perfectly grilled steak. But what if that delicious meat could land on your plate ready to serve in just three minutes?

Enter Perfecta, the world’s first artificial intelligence (AI)-powered grill, developed by a British startup called Seergrills. Using the cutting-edge Neuralfire technology that serves as the foundation for Perfecta, food can be prepared up to ten times faster than traditional methods. Equipped with two vertical infrared burners, this innovative grill can reach temperatures of up to 900 degrees Celsius.

For users, Perfecta’s operation is very user-friendly. It is controlled by a touch screen, which allows you to select the desired cooking level and browning level. After inserting the grilled food and pressing the start button, an AI algorithm takes over, calculating the required cooking time based on the dimensions, texture and fat content of the grilled food. In just three minutes, all types of grilled food should be ready to eat.

In addition to its impressive speed, Perfecta is also known for its sustainability. According to reports from The Next Web, the innovative grill uses up to 50 percent less energy than conventional grilling methods due to its extremely short preparation time and precise heat delivery.

Seergrills plans to make Perfecta available for pre-order, with customers who make a $100 deposit able to enjoy a discount of up to 28 percent. With a projected final price of around $3,500, the Perfecta Grill will likely be placed in the high-end outdoor grill price range. In addition, the company has announced that it will also offer accessories such as a pizza module.
